In addition, we have teamed up with the leaders of long-term non-invasive, non-chemical treatments, Dr Bhabha Medical Aesthetics as well as hair stylist and global brand specialist for Kerastase, Amanda Lee Dean. So regardless of how you feel or look when you arrive, the Leonardo Spa will provide you with the perfect balance of facilities, treatments and products to ensure you leave looking and feeling your best.
SPA ETIQUETTE:
ARRIVALPrepare for your spa experience by arriving 30 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for the check-in process. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest is not delayed or inconvenienced. Treatment times include the Spas welcome ritual.
ATTIRE
A secure locker is provided for all your personal belongings along with a robe, a pair of slippers and disposable underwear for your comfort.
CONSULTATION
All guests are required to complete a mandatory consultation card before their treatment so that our therapists can prepare your experience.
FACILITIES
Before or after your spa treatment, enjoy our Facilities or simply relax in the relaxation area. Guests are more than welcome to help themselves to our complimentary refreshments.
Guests booking any of our massages, facials or packages enjoy complimentary access to our wet areas—perfect for unwinding before or after your treatment for up to 60 minutes.
If you're visiting us for a manicure, pedicure, waxing, or nail service, you can still elevate your experience for just R300 per person and enjoy our tranquil facilities for 60 minutes (subject to availability).
Swimwear is required at the relaxation areas, steam room and hydrotherapy pool.
HOMECARETo continue your Spa experience at home, products used during your treatment can be purchased at the Spa reception, where your therapist would be delighted to advise you on the most suitable products for your needs.
A 50% deposit upfront payment is required in order to secure your booking. Please provide the Spa with a minimum of 6 hours notice when rescheduling your appointment. If a 6-hour cancellation is not provided, 50% of your total treatment value will be charged.
A 100% upfront payment is required for group bookings to secure your booking. Please provide the Spa with seven days notice for the cancellation of group bookings in order not to incur any cancellation charges. If a 7-day cancellation is not provided, 100% of your total treatment value will be charged.
